Valved Ophicleide (Bombardon) in B-flat

Rotary valves following the model of Ferdinand Hell (1844). Leibelt's instrument is a blend of valved ophecleide and bombardon, both which were designed in 1835. Later, this model fused with euphoniums, tubas, and "small basses."
