A combination of striking design and subtle detailing serve to accentuate the high quality of this sophisticated design from the Osgood collection. Creating a dramatic focal point, the lacing tab is cut away to form an angular shape. The tabs are cut continuous with the collar but feature a change in seam construction. The sporty feeling of the flared tabs is beautifully accentuated by double rows of topstitching in two weights of thread and differing stitch lengths, with the stitching positioned to accentuate the flared lines. A sense of elegance is created by the silhouette of the vamp with its arched instep and shallow toe, a quality emphasized by the angular toe wall.
