Untitled — Nainsukh

This composition was likely transferred from a pounced preliminary drawing, as it is a mirror image of the final preparatory sketch (2005.436.2), which would have served as a foundation for a finished painting. The transfer and reproduction of these sketches were important for the dissemination of painting styles across regional workshops in the Pahari Hills.
