Glass mosiac bowl fragment — Unknown

Translucent cobalt blue and purple, and opaque white and yellow. Upright rim, ground flat; convex-curving side, tapering downward. Raised horizontal band on inside of rim in plain purple ground; composite mosaic pattern formed from large sections of a single cane: in a purple ground a length of blue outlined in white, and a central cluster of smaller canes with white lattice patterns and central white rods encircled in yellow. Polished on exterior, with some pitting of surface bubbles; dulling and iridescent weathering on interior. Rotary polishing marks on interior.
