Technical description: Round pernambuco stick, very heavy and stiff, with octagonal handle, silver and black leather wrapping, French tip with trapezoidal mortise, ivory headplate, ebony liner, ebony frog with prismatic guide, gold underside, gold ferrule, mother-of-pearl slide, mother-of-pearl eyes (one missing) in gold ring, gold and mother-of-pearl heelplate, octagonal ebony button with two gold bands and missing eye.
