'George O. Hamlin ', a small portrait in round, is printed on the same sheet as 'New Year's Eve and Adam'. The two images have distinct catalogue raisonné numbers. 'New Year's Eve and Adam' illustrates an incident from a holiday party at the New York hotel, the Brevoort. This print was used as a New Year's greeting card in 1919, see: Morse 1969, p. 216.
