Chandelier — Louis C. Tiffany|Tiffany Studios|Tiffany Glass and Decorating Company

This delicate and graceful chandelier is distinguished by twelve golden Favrile shades, which Tiffany described as "blossom globes." Twisted and scrolled filigree and small bronze balls suspended from chains of varying length between the glass "lilies" contribute to the exoticism of the piece. The chandelier originally graced the New York townhouse of New York Mayor Hugh J. Grant (1857-1910).
