Glass mosaic ribbed bowl fragment — Unknown

Body fragment. Translucent cobalt blue, purple, opaque white and yellow. Convex curving side. Mosaic pattern formed from polygonal sections of two canes: one in a blue ground with a ring of white rods and a central rosette in a purple ground outlined in white, and the other in a purple ground with a ring of white rods and a central rosette in a blue ground outlined in white; other strips in yellow and in purple and white; on exterior, a single vertical rib with rounded outer edge. Polished interior; pitting of surface bubbles on interior; dulling and creamy iridescent weathering on exterior and jagged edges.
