Glass mosaic meandering-strip bowl fragment — Unknown

Rim fragment. Translucent blue, opaque white and brick red. Vertical rim with almost flat top and rounded edges; almost straight side, tapering slightly downward. Meandering-strip mosaic pattern formed from large sections of a single cane with a broad band in blue, partially layered with white, and red layered with blue and white; a blue network cane wound spirally with a white thread is attached as a rim. Many pinprick bubbles; polished exterior; slight pitting of surface bubbles on exterior; dulling and iridescent weathering on interior, rim, and edges.
