Glass ribbed bowl

Translucent blue green. Slightly outsplayed rim with rounded edge; shallow sides curving in to slightly concave bottom. On interior, two narrow horizontal grooves in a band at junction of side and bottom, and a small concentric circle at center of bottom; on exterior, twenty-four prominent, almost vertical ribs with angular tops and tapering towards bottom, almost touching at center. Intact; some pinprick bubbles; slight dulling and weathering. Rotary grinding marks on interior and on plain horizontal band between rim and ribs on exterior. The rim of the bowl was finished on a lathe.
