Wheel-made body, with applied long, slightly flaring nozzle. Central filling hole, surrounded by a raised collar; convex-curving side to carinated body, with indented projection on right side. Raised base ring and deep concave base. Large shallow chip on right side of upper body, and some chipping around base ring.
