Cup and saucer — Yusupoff Factory

The portrait is of Czar Nicholas I (1796–1855). The inscription indicates that the cup and saucer were presented to the French ambassador to Saint Petersburg, Auguste-Frédéric Viess de Marmont, duc de Raguse, on the occasion of the czar's coronation.
