Crucifix — Unknown

A ghostly loincloth barely interrupts the continuous line of Christ's torso and legs, emphasizing the sculptor's forthright presentation of the body. The delicately cut crown of thorns is partly broken, exposing more of the strangely stippled hair. The distinctively styled beard is similarly detailed.
