Bernard Figueroa, who designed his own line of shoes from 1993 to 2003, is noted for his sophisticated designs employing modern, inventive cuts paired with quirky surrealist sculptured heels. Figueroa was an important figure in the renaissance of the creative interpretation of form which has enlivened shoe design since the early 1990s. This model features an attractive color combination and contrasting biomorphic forms.
