Handkerchiefs were still very much a part of a woman's wardrobe in the 1950s. This attractive printed example illustrates the enduring interest in the tassel motif and represents one of four Billy Weiss designs in the collection that were printed using a single screen (2009.300.3129, 2009.300.3131, and 2009.300.3132).
