Parasol — Unknown

This is an excellent example of a very expensive and fine parasol cover. The pattern created for this specific format of eight sections, corresponds with the sections of the parasol. Inexpensive parasols were usually used just for a season and then discarded, but a parasol for which this would be a cover would be only of the finest quality and used for several years.
