Hat — Walker Importer

Hats which perched on the large hairstyles with notable forward thrust were a dominant style of the early Edwardian period. This elegant example shows a particularly refined and harmonious integration of materials, color and form by its coordination of tones between velvet and feathers and skillful application of feathers to accentuate the shape.
