Bertha — Unknown

The bertha-style collar was very fashionable at the end of the 19th century, in scale with wide leg-o-mutton sleeves. The pattern of this lace is particularly effective in the execution of trailing vines in the inner section of the pattern and in the variety and detail in the rendering of the flowers
