Krishna stands on what appears to be a stage, playing his flute. Surrounding him are dancing gopis and crowned male figures; below, a gopi and male figure play large drums. In the background a row of colonnaded buildings perspectivally recede toward an odd temple set above arches. Behind and above these structures are European trees juxtaposed with palms and a snow-covered volcano. The pastiche quality of this print suggests that the press was drawing from a variety of sources for both the motifs and iconography.
