Untitled — Shuntai

Katō Shuntai, whose father was the famous potter Shunzan, ran the official Owari branch of the Tokugawa family kiln (goyōyama) at Ofukeyo from 1817until 1851, when he passed the operations on to his son. He is famous for his Oribe style renditions.
