A man sits at table extending a leg as a boy helps him pull off his boots. Two other men sit at the table with wine glasses and a carafe as a candle burns out. At right a maid holds a bed warming pan. Another servant walks away behind carrying a box. A tall clock standing against the wall reads 10:30 or 11:30.
