Glass mosaic base ring fragment

Base ring, probably from a deep ribbed bowl. Translucent cobalt blue and opaque white. Tall, outsplayed base ring with rounded edge; almost straight side, sloping in upward; made separately and attached to bottom of the bowl. Marbled mosaic pattern with sections of a single cane in a blue ground with irregular white splashes. Interior polished; some pitting and weathering on interior; dulling and patches of iridescent weathering on exterior; weathering on jagged edges.
