This exercise book intended for a student of drawing has a pale blue printed cover and contains 12 leaves filled with sketches of buildings, street scenes, landscapes, some apparently copied from an artist's manual, others possibly from nature. Some are numbered, two identified as "In the Isle of Thane" and "Canterbury." One is inscribed: "Took under 1 1/2 hours / HB"
