Calligraphic exercize in Italian, presented in a double rectangular frame broken up by the initial letter 'S'. The text begins with the words ' Si deo tener per certo chosi (...)' and runs for six lines. Part of an album with 26 examples of calligraphy and micrography, thought to have been produced in France or possibly Antwerp at the beginning of the seventeenth century.
