Drawing for a woman's theatrical costume for the number 'Oh Leo' in 'At Home Abroad' — Vincente Minnelli

Drawing, design for a woman's costume, part of a group of 88 costume designs by Vincente Minnelli. The costume was designed for the number 'O Leo', from the musical 'At Home Abroad', created for the Shuberts and performed in Broadway in 1935. It consists of a white jacket with brown lapels over a brown turtleneck top and white shorts (or skirt?) with semi-abstract brown motifs and golden stars on the waistband, long, brown socks with green bands and tassels, brown pointed-toe shoes, long, red gloves, and red hat with green feather.
