Drawing, design for a woman's costume, part of a group of 88 costume designs by Vincente Minnelli. The costume consists of a white hip-length coat with wide sleeves and belted waist over a blue calf-length dress, slightly flared at the bottom, white pointed-toe high heels, and a wide-brimmed, white hat with blue band and a bundle of red flowers. A matching blue ribbon is tied around the neck.
