Published by Matteo Pagano, Italian, 1515-1588, Venice. From top to bottom, and left to right: Design is similar to that printed on page 4 (verso); however, the columns are in a reverse order. It is composed of 2 vertical columns printed upon a grid. Left column is wider and is decorated with a central image of Venus and Cupid; surrounding the central image are various floral and foliage elements. Right column is narrower and is decorated with a pattern of 3-sided white dotted leaves framed by a set of black leaves that form a heart-shape.
