Plate 6 of the series 'Livre Nouveau de Prinsipes d'Ornemens', consisting of a title page and seven plates of rudimentary ornament designs to instruct (young) artists in how to design and delineate ornaments. This plate consists of six panels with designs made up out of C-volutes, bandwork, simple rocaille ornaments and shell motifs and acanthus leafs. The panel on the lower left has been squared for transfer.
