The bajoncillo is the smallest form of the bajón. Equipped with the usual two keys, this bajoncillo originally had some brass mounts that have been lost, including a key cover and garlands on the bell and lower end. The monogram is not yet identified with a particular maker, but may have been the mark of an otherwise unidentified Spanish maker named Martinez.
