Magic Bowl and an Ostrakon — Unknown

This fragment appears to be written in a local variant of Pahlavi, the ancient script of the Persian language, which remained in use, beside Arabic, at least until the 10th century, especially in Zoroastrian circles. This fragment seems to provide evidence of Nishapur's non-Muslim population.
