ca. 1900–1914 · Watercolor over graphite · Drawings and Prints

Design for a period style wall elevation (Empire) with two window bays. The wall is decorated in a yellow color scheme with yellow semi-opaque draperies, yellow wall paper and strips with colorful candelabra on a yellow ground. Along the top of the wall there is a frieze with a motif of a swan. Below, part of the (marble?) floor is depicted.
