Architectural funerary monument with an altar table meant to be placed against a wall. In the aedicula of the avant-corps above the sarcophagus a kneeling man in harnas and a patron saint (Saint John the Evangelist?) have been placed. Below the image is a Latin inscription, made up out of eight lines, divided over two columns.
