In this bizarre scene of chaos, two planes fly overhead dropping leaflets while screaming mouths attached to contorted bodies run around on the ground. These figures embody the propaganda being spread by the planes and broadcast from the buildings in the background. At left, workers and soldiers laugh and point to the chaos that has been unleashed. Next to them is a pile of guns, some of which point backward, implying that despite their complacency, the workers too remain under threat.
