Glass mosaic ribbed bowl fragment — Unknown

Body fragment. Translucent honey brown, cobalt blue, and opaque white. Almost straight side, flaring outward at top. Ribbon mosaic pattern formed from sections of a single cane in a brown ground with irregular wavy threads and fine ribbons in parallel blue and white lines; on exterior, single vertical rib with rounded outer edge, tapering to point and with slight tooling marks at top. Pinprick and larger bubbles; polished interior; pitting of surface bubbles on interior; dulling and creamy iridescent weathering on exterior and jagged edges.
