Translucent deep purple, appearing black, and opaque white. Fragment of thick, flat block. Pattern of concentric wavy lines in white on purple ground. Many bubbles; deep pitting, brilliant iridescence, and patches of thick creamy weathering on all surfaces. Probably used as decoration in wall or ceiling revetment.
