Translucent deep turquoise green and opaque white. Flat, but uneven underside with shallow ribbing. Marbled mosaic pattern in green ground with multiple white rods. Polished upper side; pitting of surface bubbles; dulling and creamy weathering on underside and edges. The glass imitates a costly stone, green porphyry (lapis lacedaemonius).
