Fragment of revetment plaque. Translucent deep purple, appearing black, and opaque yellow. Flat inlay. Marbled mosaic pattern in purple ground with irregular yellow lines and streaks. Broken in two and repaired; polished upper side; pitting of surface bubbles, with some surface cracks and chips; dulling, pitting, and iridescent weathering on underside; weathering on jagged edges, but two edges at break unweathered.
