Fragment of revetment plaque. Translucent deep purple, appearing black, and opaque white. Flat inlay, square or rectangular, with corner, one straight flat edge, the other beveled and chipped. Marbled mosaic pattern in purple ground with irregular white lines and streaks. Polished upper side; pitting of surface bubbles, with some areas of iridescent weathering on upper side; dulling, pitting, and iridescent weathering on underside and edges.
