Marble fragment of an anta (pilaster) capital from the Temple of Artemis at Sardis — Unknown

The molding is decorated with a vegetal motif known as lesbian leaf, after the island of Lesbos. This fragment is from the same anta capital as the piece (26.59.12a,b) displayed nearby and was located just beneath it.
