Translucent cobalt blue over opaque white, with opaque pale green inlay. Circular plaque with convex upper surface and slightly beveled edge. On upper surface, a vine leaf outlined in gold wire and inlaid with monochrome glass. Intact; many surface scratches and dulling on upper surface, pitting and faint iridescent weathering on underside and edge.
