Standing figure holding a tambourine(?)
Unknown
ca. 600–480 BCE · Terracotta · Greek and Roman Art

The figurine, of uncertain gender, is handmade and solid, with a flaring cylindrical body. The arms curve downward, the hands held flat against the body. A small disk-shaped object, perhaps a tambourine, rests just above the hands.
